Had quiet location in the middle of the city. Local fast food option Giraffe Stop was 20 minutes walk away. Booked double room, that included a safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed. Garden view was a pleasant bonus. All the services were friendly.

Had an amazing new year experience at a beautiful hotel surrounded by lush greenery, monkeys, birds & butterflies. the staff was really friendly, hospitable, and helpful. the location was perfect for those who want a serene and relaxing time with spa facilities to unwind. Loved the cold pool which was refreshing and a perfect spot to catch up on your favorite book. the food was absolutely delicious and a great culinary experience. the hotel also had a lot of fun activities to offer which added to the whole experience.

The service could be a little overpowering at times. At meal times, the waiters did ask what you would like to have next which seemed a little unnecessary.
